Job Purpose:
Sourcing and disbursement of Tractor Finance business for assigned location.
Individually managing Dealers & portfolio of the assigned area.
Increase business through open market, refinance, repurchase, branch channel & cross sell bank products by individual sourcing.
Job Responsibilities:
Business Sourcing:
Sourcing business from open market, Dealers and branches.
Achieve monthly business targets.
Activate all dealers by doing business monthly.
Identify additional business opportunities through regular client/OEM/Dealer visits and meetings.
Increase wholesale business by personally monitoring TA, CC&BG;, CF business in assigned location.
Follow ethics, systems, process as per bank norms.
Branch channel management:
Collaborate for business enhancement and develop relationship with branch banking team.
Closely engage with all branch managers monthly.
Focus on all Channels like Open Market, used tractor, Top UP, Rural vertical.
Manage portfolio of location and 100% direct agri in area.
Focus on First EMI cases for 100% resolution and support solving dealer issues.
Attend daily Branch huddle meetings with allocated branches to develop tractor loans product.
Housekeeping and others:
Manage RC and Invoice pendency PDD as well delinquency under control monthly.
Achieve all cross-sell targets of secured loans towards budgets and maintain CP/FP penetrations.
