Job Summary

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Shopify Plus Specialist to join our team. You will manage and optimize our clients Shopify stores as a Shopify Specialist. You will collaborate closely with our clients, designers, and developers to create exceptional e-commerce experiences and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize multiple Shopify stores for our clients, ensuring seamless functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and requirements and translate them into effective e-commerce strategies.
- Customize and configure Shopify themes to create visually appealing and user-friendly online stores.
- Develop and implement custom Shopify apps and extensions to meet specific client needs.
- Conduct thorough QA testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the implemented solutions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, Shopify features, and industry best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients regarding their Shopify stores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to deliver integrated solutions that align with clients overall marketing strategies.




- Train clients on how to effectively use and manage their Shopify stores.

Requirements

- A clear understanding of the Shopify Plus platform, its features, and its capabilities.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Shopify Plus stores, preferably in an agency or e-commerce environment.
- Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge to customize Shopify themes and develop custom apps.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and quickly learn recent technologies.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and understanding of online marketing principles is a plus.
