About the RoleWe’re looking for a Social Media Strategy Intern who wants hands-on experience in content strategy, social media planning, and brand growth. This role goes beyond posting and scheduling — you’ll work closely with our strategy and creative teams to understand how content, trends, platforms, and audience behaviour shape real brand decisions.

You’ll get the prospect to work across different brands and collaborate with creators, editors, designers, account managers, and clients.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in developing monthly social media strategies and content calendars for brands across industries
- Translate client objectives into platform-specific content approaches
- Research trends, content formats, influencers, hooks, and growth opportunities
- Help define content pillars, messaging, and storytelling for brands
- Review content drafts to ensure alignment with brand strategy, tone, and communication
- Track social media performance across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Assist in preparing monthly social media reports, insights, and learnings
- Participate in client calls to understand requirements and contribute to action planning




- Coordinate with account managers and creative teams for day-to-day content execution
- Help maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual direction
- Stay updated on platform updates, algorithm changes, emerging formats, and cultural trends

What We’re Looking For
- Some experience creating content or managing social media for a brand or personal account (college projects and freelance work count)
- Strong understanding of social media trends across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form content
- Good communication skills with clear thinking and creative judgment
- Interest in content strategy, social media marketing, and brand building
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
