Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to manage and grow social media presence across various platforms. The candidate should have strong knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for clients and the company.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and maintain monthly social media content calendars.




- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create engaging content.
- Write creative captions, posts, hashtags, and social media copy.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Increase followers, engagement, reach, and overall brand visibility.
- Manage and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports with key metrics and recommendations.
- Support social media campaigns and paid advertising initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing.
- Positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.

- Basic understanding of Meta Ads is an advantage.
