About the RoleWe’re looking for a Sales & Digital Marketing professional who can drive business growth across B2B & B2C markets while managing digital campaigns, lead generation, sales, and international client communication.
You’ll be responsible for managing the complete journey from lead generation → qualification → conversion → client relationship & retention in a fast-paced creative agency environment.
? Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B & B2C leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and digital channels
- Communicate with UK & US clients and close business opportunities
- Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Manage company and client social media accounts
- Track ROAS, CTR, CPC and CPL and prepare campaign performance reports
- Manage CRM, lead pipelines, follow-ups and sales activities
- Coordinate with creative teams for client requirements and campaigns
- Manage client accounts from onboarding through delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales, lead generation and revenue targets

✔️ Experience working with international clients is preferred
✔️ Solid sales, negotiation and follow-up skills
✔️ Comfortable working night shifts and UK/US time zones
✔️ Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
✔️ Bachelor’s degree preferred
