Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support Webenor’s digital presence by creating, scheduling, and optimizing content across social media platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing social media posts, assisting with campaign planning, monitoring engagement metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to align content with brand objectives. The intern will also help with basic digital marketing tasks such as researching trends,



identifying audience insights, and contributing ideas to improve online reach and conversions.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in North Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home as agreed with the team.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with an interest in online branding and audience growth.
- Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including crafting engaging posts and adapting content to different platforms.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and engage with online audiences.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools, social media trends, and best practices for improving reach and engagement.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or course in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage tasks in a hybrid work environment based in North Delhi.
