True Sign Publishing House is looking for a creative, responsible, and experienced Social Media Manager who can help strengthen our brand presence and promote our books and authors effectively across digital platforms.

We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of Hindi literature, strong knowledge of English, and a genuine interest in books, publishing, and creative content.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms

- Create and execute promotional campaigns for books and authors
- Edit Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and other video content
- Design engaging posts, carousels, stories, and social media creatives
- Write effective captions and promotional content in Hindi and English
- Plan content for recent book releases, author promotions, and book launches
- Generate fresh content ideas based on current social media trends
- Work consistently on improving brand reach, engagement, and audience growth




- Maintain a regular content calendar and ensure timely posting

Skills We’re Looking For:• Good understanding of Hindi literature and books
- Strong command of Hindi and English
- Social Media Management
- Video and Reel Editing
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
- Good visual and creative sense
- Content and Caption Writing
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube marketing

Candidates with previous experience in publishing, books, literary content, media, or creative agencies will be preferred.
