Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage monthly content calendars for B2B and consumer brands.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns from concept to launch.
- Create content briefs, hooks and ideas based on trends and audience needs.
- Coordinate and manage designer, editor and videographer.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Track social media performance, prepare reports and optimize content strategy.

Requirements

- Around 2 years of social media experience with campaign ownership.
- Strong understanding of both B2B and consumer content.
- Excellent content and trend awareness.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Fluent in Malayalam and English.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and analytics tools.
- Experience with paid ads, real estate/accommodation or Kerala-focused content is an advantage.

Success in 90 Days

- Consistent content calendar and posting schedule.
- Smooth coordination of the creative team.
- At least one successful campaign for each brand.
- Transparent understanding of high-performing content.
