We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who understands that social media is more than posting pretty creatives.

You should be comfortable with organic social media, paid campaigns and performance marketing and know how to turn a brand’s objective into content that gets noticed and results that can be measured.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms
- Plan monthly content calendars and social media campaigns
- Manage organic social media activities and day-to-day pages
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for posts, reels, carousels and campaigns
- Write / review social media copy and ensure brand consistency
- Plan and manage Meta & Google Ads
- Set up, monitor and optimise paid campaigns based on objectives and KPIs
- Track campaign performance, analyse insights and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly social media and performance reports
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates and emerging content formats
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable strategies

- What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in social media / digital marketing
- Strong understanding of organic + paid social media




- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Understanding of campaign objectives, targeting, budgets, CPL, CTR, ROAS and other key metrics
- Good content sense and understanding of what makes social content work
- Robust communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action
- Comfortable working with multiple brands and deadlines
- Curious, proactive and willing to experiment with new ideas

Bonus Points If You
- Have worked at a digital / creative agency
- Understand Instagram Reels and short-form content
- Have experience with lead-generation campaigns
- Can independently manage a social media account end-to-end
- Know basic SEO / SEM
- Actually enjoy stalking brand pages and asking, “Why did this work?” ?
