Social Media Executive - 3 to 5 Years | Ahmedabad (Prefer local candidates only)

Moon Technolabs is looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Executive to grow our brand presence, build communities, and drive meaningful audience engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media growth strategies across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and other platforms.
- Create engaging content including posts, visuals, videos, and interactive content.
- Build and nurture communities across LinkedIn, Reddit, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, and relevant groups.
- Experiment with content formats, messaging, and growth strategies to improve reach and engagement.
- Use AI tools for content creation, research, analytics, and productivity.
- Track key metrics such as follower growth, engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct competitor research and identify recent growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product,



and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, community building, and audience growth.
- Experience with SaaS, technology, startups, or digital-first businesses.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and social media analytics tools.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and growth.
- Portfolio/case studies demonstrating successful social media or community growth.
