About the Role The Authority Bureau is looking for a proactive and communication-oriented Social Media & Email Outreach Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Email, with a strong interest in digital communication, professional networking, lead generation, and relationship building.

This role offers hands-on exposure to professional outreach, business networking, client communication, and opportunity development, making it ideal for someone looking to build a career in digital outreach and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day outreach activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Email.
- Identify and connect with relevant founders, CEOs, business leaders, authors, professionals, and potential collaborators..
- Draft and send professional, personalized messages and emails..




- Follow up with prospects and build meaningful qualified conversations.
- Research potential leads, companies, professionals, and business opportunities.
- Understand prospects’ requirements and identify relevant opportunities to introduce our offerings.
- Maintain and update outreach databases and lead records.
- Support social media engagement and professional networking activities.
- Track outreach performance, responses, and conversions..
- Coordinate with the internal team to achieve weekly and monthly outreach goals.

What We're Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in social media, business development, lead generation, sales, outreach, or a related field.
- Good working knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Email.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write professional and personalized messages.
- Comfortable communicating with senior professionals and business leaders.
- Good research and internet-searching skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- A natural ability to initiate conversations and build professional relationships.
- Basic knowledge of spreadsheets/CRM tools is an advantage.
