We are looking for a Social Media & Creative Specialist who can take ownership of the social media content pipeline — from planning and ideation to creative production and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Planning

- Develop monthly social media content calendars for multiple clients.
- Understand each client's brand, audience and objectives.
- Develop content pillars, themes and campaign ideas.
- Research competitors, trends and relevant content formats.
- Suggest new ideas to improve engagement and brand visibility.

- Creative Content Production

- Design high-quality social media posts and carousels.
- Create creative concepts based on approved content calendars.
- Maintain brand consistency across different clients.
- Adapt creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Create promotional and campaign creatives when required.

Reels & Short-Form Video

- Create and edit engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Develop Reel concepts, hooks and basic scripts.
- Edit footage provided by clients or the team.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, music and basic motion graphics.
- Stay updated with social media trends and formats.

Social Media Execution

- Prepare content for publishing and scheduling.
- Coordinate with the social media executive responsible for posting.
- Review published content for quality and consistency.
- Monitor basic engagement and content performance.
- Suggest improvements based on performance.

Copy & Content

- Write engaging social media captions and hooks.
- Develop short-form copy for posts and Reels.
- Convert ideas and briefs into social-media-friendly content.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure content and creatives are aligned.

Tools

Must have knowledge of:

- Canva




- CapCut or similar video editing software
- Instagram
- Basic understanding of Facebook and LinkedIn

Good to have:

- Photoshop
- Premiere Pro
- After Effects / basic motion graphics
- Figma
- Meta Business Suite
- AI tools for content/creative ideation

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate should be able to think creatively as well as execute.

They should be able to look at a content requirement and independently determine:

- What should be a Reel vs. static post vs. carousel
- What the hook should be
- How to make the content engaging
- How to maintain brand consistency
- How to adapt content for different platforms

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of relevant social media/creative experience
- Experience working with multiple brands or clients
- Strong portfolio of social media creatives and Reels
- Good understanding of Instagram and short-form video
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Good English communication and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Proactive and capable of working independently
- Understanding that social media is more than creating attractive graphics
