This is a senior role, and we are looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in account management and creative strategy.

As the Account Director, you’ll be leading the strategy, calling the shots, and managing the team. And you’ll work directly with the founder.

Here’s what you’ll do

✨Lead client strategy and be the person clients genuinely trust for direction and advice.

✨ Manage the account and creative teams across timelines, feedback and delivery. Basically, lead them well and protect them with your heart.

✨ Spot problems before they become problems, solve them calmly, and support Agni’s overall growth. Be excited to bring new opportunities for the team!

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for personal branding, can think critically, and truly knows what makes a brand pop off.
