Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Tamil Nadu, India, focused on SMT / EMS industry operations for automotive electronics manufacturing. The role involves overseeing SMT production lines, monitoring process parameters, and ensuring high-quality assembly and testing of electronic components. Daily tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting production planning, resolving technical issues, and implementing process improvements for efficiency and reliability.





The position also entails collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, preparing technical reports, and supporting audits and quality reviews.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret production data, identify process deviations, and support root cause analysis.
- Experience in training team members on SMT / EMS processes, equipment operation, and safety and quality standards.
- Sales and consulting exposure related to SMT / EMS services or automotive electronics solutions, with the ability to understand customer requirements.
- Project management capabilities to plan, execute, and monitor manufacturing or process improvement projects within defined timelines.
- Prior experience in SMT or EMS manufacturing, preferably in automotive electronics or similar high-reliability industries.
- Knowledge of SMT equipment, PCB assembly processes, quality control methods, and relevant industry standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
