Key responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, structural, and other engineering drawings.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, quantity estimates, and material requirement calculations.
- Verify quantities of work executed on-site and assist in measurement and billing-related activities.
- Plan daily and weekly construction activities, including manpower, material, equipment, and resource allocation.
- Monitor construction sequencing and project execution schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Monitor material requirements, deliveries, usage, and consumption at the site.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure proper construction practices are followed.
- Maintain site records, measurement sheets, progress reports, and other project documentation.
- Report project progress, delays, quality concerns,



and material requirements to the management team.
- Support timely completion of civil works within approved project timelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience working as a Site Civil Engineer, preferably with practical exposure to building and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in site planning, resource allocation, construction sequencing, quantity estimation, and BOQ preparation.
- Ability to prepare quantity take-offs and estimate material requirements from construction drawings.
- Effective communication, teamwork, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and stakeholders within project timelines.
- Comfortable working in field conditions and at active construction sites.
