Your Role

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical teams to deliver personalized customer journeys and impactful campaigns.

In this role, you will play a key role in:

- Designing and implementing end-to-end marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Building and managing multi-channel campaigns across Email, Mobile, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions
- Ensuring data integration, segmentation, and personalization using Contact Builder and Data Designer
- Monitoring campaign performance, troubleshooting issues, and continuously optimizing journeys and automations

Your Profile

Top 5 Technical Skills

1. Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Strong hands-on experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
2.



AMPscript & SQL – Proficiency in writing AMPscript for personalization and SQL queries for data extensions and segmentation
3. Data Integration – Experience with data modeling, data extensions, and integrations using APIs or SFTP
4. Journey & Campaign Orchestration – Expertise in designing complex, personalized, and scalable customer journeys
5. Marketing Cloud Connect & Integrations – Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud or external systems
