ABOUT THE ROLE

Nexus AI.com is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture, solution design, implementation, and technical governance of enterprise ServiceNow platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on architecture experience across multiple ServiceNow modules and should be capable of designing scalable, secure, high-performing, and integrated ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

This is an architecture-focused role and not a pure development position. The candidate should have proven experience in solution architecture, enterprise implementations, stakeholder management, technical leadership, and mentoring development teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture for enterprise customers.
- Lead architecture and solution-design discussions and recommend ServiceNow best practices.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical leadership throughout ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
- Define integration architecture between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Ensure ServiceNow solutions meet requirements related to scalability, security, performance, governance, and maintainability.




- Review technical designs and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
- Mentor ServiceNow developers and technical teams on architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Drive ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and architecture governance.
- Define and maintain technical standards, design principles, and reusable architecture patterns.
- Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, developers, and other technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Identify technical risks and provide appropriate architectural solutions.

MANDATORY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years of overall ServiceNow experience.
- Proven hands-on experience working as a ServiceNow Architect or Solution Architect.
- Strong architecture and implementation experience in ITSM.
- Hands-on experience in at least 3 or more of the following ServiceNow modules:
- ITOM
- HRSD
- FSO (Financial Services Operations)
- IRM / GRC
- ITAM
- SecOps
- Strong experience designing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong understanding of CMDB and CSDM.
- Hands-on knowledge of IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.
- Strong understanding of Service Catalog.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server, and/or IntegrationHub.




- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading architecture discussions and solution-design sessions.
- Experience reviewing technical designs and mentoring development teams.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, implementation best practices, and platform governance.

PREFERRED SKILLS

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in any ServiceNow module.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly preferred.
- Experience with Performance Analytics.
- Experience with Virtual Agent.
- Experience with Employee Center.
- Experience with Discovery.
- Experience with Service Mapping.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

IDEAL CANDIDATE The ideal candidate should:
- Have 8+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- Be currently working in, or have strong recent experience in, an Architect or Solution Architect role.
- Have strong hands-on implementation and architecture experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Have experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
- Be strong in ServiceNow integrations and platform architecture.
- Be capable of leading architecture discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Have strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
- Be comfortable mentoring and guiding ServiceNow development teams.
- Have a strong understanding of ServiceNow governance, scalability, security, and performance.
