Role Objective To connect with customers over phone, explain recovery process clearly, and ensure disciplined collections with professionalism. ?️ Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending dues.

Persuade and motivate customers to clear balances within timelines.

Maintain accurate call records and update Excel/CRM sheets.

Follow structured scripts and branded punchlines of Sush Enterprises.

Achieve daily/weekly call and recovery targets.

Handle objections with patience and firm accountability.

Support team unity by participating in incentive programs and motivational drives. ? Candidate Profile Education: Minimum Intermediate/Graduation.

Languages:



Telugu mandatory;Hindhi/English preferred.

Skills: Solid communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
