Handle incoming and outgoing calls for student/course enquiries. Contact leads received through website, Google, social media, WhatsApp and other campaigns. Understand the candidate's qualification, experience, career goal and training requirement.

Explain courses clearly, including course content, duration, fees, certification, training mode and career opportunities. Counsel students and recommend the most suitable training program. Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.

Conduct regular follow-up calls and WhatsApp follow-ups until the lead is closed. Handle questions and objections regarding fees, discounts, course value, certification and placement/career opportunities. Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up dates in the CRM.

Follow up on pending registration and fee payments. Coordinate with trainers and the operations team regarding batch schedules and joining dates. Maintain professional communication and build valuable relationships with students.

Follow up with old/inactive leads and work on lead reactivation. Prepare daily/weekly reports covering calls, follow-ups, interested leads, admissions and conversions.
