Rigved Technologies is hiring a hands-on Technical Recruiter for client-based IT hiring. This role is meant for recruiters who have worked in staffing, consulting, RPO, vendor-based hiring, contract staffing or client deployment hiring.

This is not a corporate HR / internal TA-only role. The recruiter will work on live client requirements from enterprise clients such as Tech Mahindra, Bosch and similar SI/GCC clients, and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, submitting and closing candidates for client projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for client-based IT requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and internal database.
- Understand technical JDs and identify must-have vs good-to-have skills.
- Screen candidates before submission, not just by keywords.
- Work on technical roles across Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, SAP and Embedded/Automotive.
- Coordinate with candidates, vendors, internal teams and client SPOCs.
- Manage CTC, notice period, location, availability, documentation and joining follow-up.
- Maintain strong submission-to-interview and offer-to-joining ratio.
- Work with urgency on client SLAs and target-based hiring.

- Must Have





- 3–8 years of recruitment experience.
- Prior experience in IT staffing / contract staffing / RPO / consulting / vendor-based hiring / client hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Experience hiring for technical IT roles.
- Ability to screen candidates beyond keyword matching.
- Comfortable with monthly targets, urgent requirements and client pressure.
- Good communication and candidate management skills.
- Comfortable working full-time from Mahape, Navi Mumbai.
