Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural engineering activities for complex Marine, Offshore, and Oil & Gas projects. The role requires solid technical expertise in offshore structural design and analysis, project ownership, engineering leadership, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead structural engineering and design for offshore jackets, topsides, FPSOs, subsea structures, and marine facilities.
Perform, review, and approve ULS, FLS, ALS, and non-linear structural analyses.
Execute advanced structural analysis using STAAD Pro, SACS, SESAM, ANSYS, or equivalent software.
Lead engineering packages and ensure compliance with schedule, cost, quality, and technical requirements.
Review and approve structural designs, calculations, drawings,



methodologies, and technical decisions.
Develop structural engineering methodologies, design strategies, and project execution approaches.
Support lifting, load-out, transportation, installation, and temporary works analyses.
Ensure compliance with applicable API, ISO, DNV, AISC, and project-specific standards.
Review and approve technical deviations, design changes, and engineering deliverables.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams including Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, and Project Management.
Interface effectively with clients, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory authorities.
Conduct technical design reviews, risk assessments, constructability reviews, and value engineering studies.
Mentor engineers and contribute to strengthening technical team capabilities.
Drive continuous improvement in engineering procedures, standards, calculations, and documentation.
