Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
Monitor daily sales activities and provide guidance to Sales Officers.
Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Handle customer negotiations and support the team in closing high-value sales.
Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Robust leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
