Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate current leads through field visits, referrals, and telecalling.
Promote and sell secured and unsecured loan products.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Guide customers through the loan application process and collect required documents.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.




Stay updated on loan products, policies, and market trends.
RequirementsBachelor's degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, or financial services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
