Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day stores and inventory activities.
Maintain accurate material inward, outward and stock records.
Enter all purchase and sales invoices in Excel accurately and on time.
Procure factory consumables and regularly required items.
Obtain quotations, negotiate prices and follow up with suppliers.
Maintain minimum stock levels and avoid shortages/excess inventory.
Verify incoming material against PO, invoice/challan and quantity.
Maintain proper records of invoices, GRNs, challans and purchase orders.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Dispatch and Accounts.
Requirements3–5 years of Stores/Purchase experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Valuable knowledge of Excel and inventory documentation.
Basic understanding of purchase/sales invoices and GST.
Valuable vendor follow-up, negotiation and record-keeping skills.
