Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Manager who has solid knowledge of the real estate industry, lead generation, sales operations, and property portals.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads through various property portals and other sources.
Handle sales operations and ensure smooth coordination from lead generation to closure.
Manage and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
Have complete knowledge of real estate projects, market trends, property portals, and sales processes.
Conduct follow-ups with clients and convert leads into successful deals.
Maintain lead records, reports, and sales performance tracking.




Coordinate with clients, brokers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Develop strategies to improve sales and business growth.

Requirements:
Proven experience in Real Estate Sales/Operations.
Solid knowledge of property portals and lead management.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle teams and manage sales targets.
Knowledge of the real estate market and customer handling.

Experience: Relevant experience in Real Estate Industry preferred.
