Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business, appointing and managing dealers, handling key customers, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
Identify new business prospects and generate leads through Business Development activities.
Develop, appoint, and manage dealers/distributors in new and existing markets.
Expand the dealer network and maintain solid relationships with dealers and channel partners.
Identify current markets, industrial areas, and potential customers for business growth.
Handle key customers and develop long-term business relationships.
Conduct client visits, industrial visits, and market surveys for business development.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize orders.
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Service teams for smooth order execution.




Monitor dealer performance, sales pipeline, and market activities.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and prepare MIS, sales reports, and sales forecasts.
Resolve customer/dealer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and business meetings Required
SkillsStrong Business Development, Dealer Development & Sales skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of compressors and industrial applications preferred.
Strong team leadership and team-handling ability.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and ERP software.
Willingness to travel extensively for business development.

Qualification : B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering / MBA – Marketing preferred

Experience : 5–7 years (compressors industry preferred)

Compensation : Market-competitive salary + Travel Allowance
