Maintain a database of enquiries and follow-up status.
Convert enquiries into orders wherever possible.
Contact corporate customers, event organizers and potential bulk-order customers.
Order & Enquiry ManagementRecord customer requirements, quantities and delivery details.
Coordinate with the owner/team regarding quotations and orders.
Follow up until the enquiry is converted or closed.
Maintain daily records of calls, enquiries and orders.
Skills RequiredGood Tamil and English communication skills.
Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook.
Ability to create straightforward Instagram posts/reels using Canva is preferred.




Basic computer knowledge.
Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
Responsible, energetic and willing to learn.
Sales/telecalling experience is an advantage.
