The IT&D; Senior Manager, Integrated Talent is part of the IT&D; HR team, a team responsible for the design, delivery and maintenance of all IT&D; Continuous Improvement (CI), medium-sized projects and major programmes in HR function. The role ensures alignment between HR strategy and technology solutions, by driving value through scalable, user-centric solutions, that support global rewards, compensation, and benefits processes.
