Role : Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – SAP / Sales Hiring

Stealth Startup | Hyderabad | Work From Office (5 Days a Week)

We are hiring 2 Talent Acquisition Specialists to support our growing business in SAP Consulting. We are looking for recruiters who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong track record of closing niche and business-critical positions.

Experience

- 3–6 years of overall recruitment experience.
- Robust expertise in either:

SAP Hiring (SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, Basis, SuccessFactors, Ariba, BTP, etc.),

- Proven experience in direct sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management.
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and job portal sourcing skills.
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment cycles.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.




- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and talent requirements.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical positions.
- Drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate engagement.
- Deliver quality hires within defined timelines.
- Maintain recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and process compliance.
