We're hiring a Senior Sub-Editor (English Desk)

The Tatva App is growing its English editorial team, and we're looking for someone who lives for a clean headline and a tight deadline.

? Noida | Shift: 8 AM – 4 PM

What you'll be doing

- Sharpening headlines and copy for clarity, accuracy, and that scroll-stopping quality
- Spotting developing stories before they blow up, not after
- Owning the full publishing process on our app - formatting, scheduling, push notifications, all of it
- Keeping an eye on how stories perform and adjusting the sequence based on what the data tells you
- Holding the line on editorial and style consistency across everything we publish
- Working closely with writers and the graphics team to get things out accurately and on time

What we're looking for

- 2+ years in digital journalism or sub-editing, primarily in English
- Strong grip on English grammar, style, and headline writing




- Comfortable with CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows
- Someone who can stay sharp under deadline pressure, not rattled by it
- A genuine, ongoing interest in news and current affairs
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours when the news cycle demands it

Valuable to have

- Experience with app-based or mobile-first news platforms
- A working sense of SEO and what actually drives audience engagement
- This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to shape editorial output, not just edit sentences.
