Key Responsibilities:
Attend to walk-in, phone, and online enquiries.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
Explain vehicle features, pricing, offers, and finance options.
Arrange test drives and conduct vehicle demonstrations.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly targets.
Maintain customer records and CRM updates.
Coordinate finance, insurance, registration, and vehicle delivery.
Build solid customer relationships and generate referrals.

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of automobiles.
Previous car/automobile sales experience preferred.
