About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and up-to-date AI-powered automation. In this role, you will design, develop, and enhance enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions that improve IT operations, asset management, infrastructure visibility, and intelligent workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow ITAM (HAM Pro & SAM Pro).
- Configure and optimize ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Discovery.
- Build scalable workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Service Catalog.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
- Implement AI-powered automation using Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, AI Agents, and Generative AI capabilities.
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Jamf, Flexera, Tanium, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).




- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Business teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills :

- 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with ITAM (HAM Pro/SAM Pro).
- Strong experience with ITOM, including Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience configuring MID Servers and building ServiceNow integrations.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with ServiceNow AI Platform, Now Assist, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence, or Generative AI.
- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, RAG, or enterprise AI integrations.
- Experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, CIS-Discovery, or CIS-ITOM are an added advantage.
