Your role

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA FI Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to lead finance transformation initiatives, business process optimization, and SAP S/4HANA implementations. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, implement, and support scalable Finance solutions aligned with SAP Best Practices and Clean Core principles

Key Responsibilities

- lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and gather business requirements for AP/AR processes.
- design, configure, and implement end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in SAP S/4HANA.
- configure and support vendor and customer invoicing, payments, collections, credit management, dunning, tax processing, electronic bank statements, and Business Partner functionality.
- lead the extraction of master data (Customers, Vendors, Assets) and Open Items (AP/AR, Open POs) from ECC to S4
- manage the Data Cleansing and transformation logic to move legacy data into the S/4HANA Business Partner and new accounting structures.
- own the Cutover Runbook, including the "Black-out" period and the migration of "Mid-year" Open POs, Invoices, and transactional balances.
- support integrations with SAP Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass, MM, banking systems, and external applications using APIs, IDocs, and BAPIs.
- promote adoption of SAP Fiori applications and S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal and Business Partner architecture.
- collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions across SAP and non-SAP applications.
- drive business process harmonization, standardization, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live,



and post-production support activities.
- provide Level 3 production support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Your expertise

- 12+ years of SAP FI experience with strong AP/AR expertise.
- minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations; Greenfield implementation experience preferred.
- strong knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, Banking, Tax, Business Partner, SAP Fiori, and Universal Journal.
- experience in data migration, cutover planning, and finance process transformation.
- working knowledge of SAP integrations, interfaces, IDocs, BAPIs, and SAP BTP-based solutions.
- strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and global cross-functional teams.
