Role Summary
Policybazaar is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Area Manager – Health Insurance to lead and drive field sales operations in Thrissur. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in insurance sales, proven expertise in managing field sales teams, and the ability to consistently achieve business targets through effective leadership and execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve business targets.
- Drive team performance and ensure achievement of assigned sales objectives.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to improve team productivity.
- Manage day-to-day field sales operations and ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.




- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective action plans wherever required.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and competitor tracking.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, processes, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing field sales teams.
- Proficiency in Malayalam is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive understanding of the Thrissur market and customer landscape.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based sales setting.
