Key Responsibilities:

* Enhancement and maintenance of Prudential’s Core admin system
* Work closely with other front-end system application team to ensure
end-to-end software lifecycle is robust Ensuring the Applications Management
function is aligned with company strategy.
* Define and document scope changes during the project life cycle. Collaborate
with business teams to understand and suggest best & efficient solution to
cater to business needs Analyze problems and implement appropriate technical
solutions
* Prepare the technical specification Maintain and document the changes




* Conduct Unit/Integration testing Complete the assignments within the agreed
deadline
* Quality analysis of the programs/system before acceptance testing
* Work closely with Business Analyst to deliver a robust and error-free
application systems
* Ensure that all development and implementation are compliant with IT
governance policy Technical review and quality analysis of the code done by
junior members to ensure learning and motivation for subordinates

Experience/Skill:

* Bachelor or Higher Degree in Computer Science and engineering.
* 8+ years' Experience in AS/400, SMART/400 based insurance applications
specialized in Life/400, Life/Asia application.
* Experience in working with LifeAsia SOAP API’s
* Provide a good quality level of SMART/400 based insurance applications.
* Develops, customizes, enhances, maintains and supports Life/400, Life/Asia,
Integral Life Insurance software application system
