Job Summary The Business Development Executive (Sales & Marketing) is responsible for generating current business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and increasing sales of the company's products and services. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiations, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify potential industrial, commercial, and institutional customers.
- Schedule client meetings and product presentations.

Sales
- Promote and sell Online UPS Systems, Servo Voltage Stabilizers, Isolation Transformers, Battery Banks, and other power solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.





Marketing
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and trade events.
- Conduct market research to identify competitors and new business opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of B2B Sales.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any relevant field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Experience
- Fresher to 3 Years in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience in Industrial Sales, Electrical, Electronics, UPS, Power Backup, Solar, or Automation industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
