Location: Arihant Aura, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (directly opposite Turbhe Station)

Compensation: Up to ₹6 LPA (CTC)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete hiring process for mid-to-senior roles in IT and Non-IT functions
- Go beyond standard job boards by using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, employee referrals, and other proactive sourcing strategies
- Interview and assess candidates for both skill fit and cultural match
- Keep a well-organized, up-to-date candidate pipeline in the ATS so nothing gets missed
- Deliver a consistently strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

What We're Looking For

- 2–8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience spanning IT and Non-IT roles
- A track record of successfully filling challenging positions within tight deadlines
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and similar sourcing tools
- Excellent communication skills,



with the confidence to guide and challenge stakeholders when necessary
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation to juggle several active roles at once
- A Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration is a plus
