Role: Sr. Python Developer

Location: Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, backend architecture, APIs, databases, and modern application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and backend services.
- Build robust and high-performance RESTful APIs and backend components.
- Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Design and implement efficient database models, queries, and ORM solutions.
- Develop scalable, secure, and highly available applications.
- Work with multi-threading, multiprocessing, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
- Integrate backend services with frontend applications, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Implement authentication, authorization, data security, and other application security practices.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases and different data-storage solutions.




- Collaborate with AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, and Frontend teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture/design decisions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.

Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of professional experience in Python development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.
- Strong experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend architecture.
- Strong knowledge of ORM concepts and database design.
- Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of multithreading, multiprocessing, concurrency, and Python limitations such as GIL.
- Experience with Git and software development best practices.
- Positive understanding of application security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or cloud-native development will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to AI/ML, Big Data, IoT, or data-intensive applications is a strong plus.
