About the Role
Cvent's acquisition strategy has brought together some of the most recognized names in event technology, each with their own Salesforce-native application used by event marketers and meeting professionals worldwide. As we integrate these businesses, we're creating a dedicated role to bring unified ownership, strategic clarity, and a cohesive customer experience across our entire Salesforce app portfolio.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility position for a senior product leader who thrives at the intersection of CRM ecosystems, enterprise SaaS, and portfolio strategy. You'll be the single accountable owner across five Salesforce applications — setting the overarching strategy, driving day-to-day roadmap decisions, and ensuring Cvent stays ahead of Salesforce's evolving platform requirements.
In This Role, You Will:
Own a Portfolio of Salesforce Products
- Serve as the single accountable owner across a portfolio of five Salesforce-native applications spanning our event technology brands — setting strategy, driving roadmap decisions, and ensuring a consistent customer experience.
- Lead our flagship Salesforce application as your core product, managing its end-to-end roadmap and balancing current feature investment against technical debt.
- Shepherd an acquired application from beta through General Availability, working closely with customers and go-to-market teams to define readiness criteria and launch successfully.
- Partner with PMs across acquired brands to align product direction and ensure cohesion across the portfolio.
- Where leadership decides to consolidate apps, own the migration workstream — defining requirements and partnering with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition for customers.
Define the Salesforce Strategy
- Determine whether and how Cvent moves toward a unified Salesforce app experience across acquired brands.
- Keep all applications ahead of mandatory Salesforce platform updates, security requirements, and AppExchange compliance changes.
- Make high-stakes prioritization calls across five products simultaneously — where to invest, what to consolidate, and how to sequence the roadmap.
- Embed AI as a default lens across product decisions; champion AI-native processes within your team.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
- Act as the single point of accountability for product decisions across the portfolio; own escalation paths and surface risks proactively.
- Lead alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, UX, and acquired-company partners.
- Use data — analytics platforms, customer feedback, and OKRs — to guide prioritization and communicate progress to leadership.
Here's What You Need:
- 12+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with direct experience shipping Salesforce-native or deeply integrated CRM products.
- Salesforce AppExchange or managed package experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-product roadmaps — especially in post-acquisition or multi-brand environments.
- Experience owning customer migration or product consolidation workstreams.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools and a track record of embedding AI into PM workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using platforms like Mixpanel or similar to drive adoption and measure impact.
- Exceptional communicator — comfortable aligning leadership team, engineering, and external partners around a shared product vision.
