Role Description The Senior Product Manager for Canada opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. This role is responsible for defining and owning the end-to-end product strategy for Canada immigration and visa consulting services, including market research, opportunity assessment, and product roadmap creation.

The Senior Product

Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, sales, marketing, and technology to design and refine service offerings, improve client experiences, and ensure regulatory compliance. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and prioritizing requirements, overseeing product development and enhancements, analyzing performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement based on client feedback and market trends. The role also involves mentoring junior team members,



aligning stakeholders on product vision, and supporting leadership with data-driven insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in product management, preferably in professional services, consulting, or immigration/visa-related domains.
- Strong skills in market research, requirement gathering, and data-driven decision-making to identify and evaluate Canada-focused product opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive product roadmaps from concept to launch.
- Experience in process optimization, service design, and improving customer journeys and client satisfaction metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, client-friendly offerings.
- Solid understanding of or interest in Canadian immigration pathways, visa categories, and regulatory frameworks (training can be provided).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; product management certifications are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a quick-paced environment with shifting priorities, and a track record of ownership, accountability, and ethical decision-making.
