Company Overview

GobbleCube is an agentic operational layer with hyperlocal intelligence that helps brands drive revenue growth across ecommerce and quick commerce. It doesn’t just surface insights, it detects revenue leaks, diagnoses underperformance, and autonomously executes the right interventions, with city, dark store, and SKU-level precision.

The product is built by the core team that helped build and scale Blinkit into a category-defining leader. That deep operational context, combined with advanced AI systems, allows GobbleCube to solve one of commerce’s hardest problems: how to grow faster at scale, without relying on dashboards, alerts, or fragmented tools.

In just one year since emerging, GobbleCube has onboarded 600+ brands across the globe and crossed $4M+ in ARR. Backed by InfoEdge Ventures and Kae Capital, the company is doubling down on its AI agents and expanding across platforms and geographies, building toward a future where growth systems don’t just show data, but tell teams what matters and help them act on it, faster than ever.

About the Role

GobbleCube is entering its next phase of growth, and this role is the engine behind it. We are releasing new products at hyperspeed, each one a bet on a market we are actively testing and learning. This PM owns the system that lets us run those bets at scale: the growth platform, the onboarding experience, and the self-serve motion that turns product value into revenue without a salesperson in the loop.

What You Will Own

- The growth engine: design and build the systems that let GobbleCube launch new products into the market, run structured experiments, and convert early traction into paying customers, repeatedly and at speed.
- Self-serve onboarding: own the end-to-end journey from first product touch to activation and payment.

You define what a great onboarding experience looks like for each product and segment, and you build toward it with every sprint.
- Free tier and trial architecture: what a brand gets before they pay, how limits are enforced, how the experience creates pull toward paid plans. Designed not just for conversion but to demonstrate value fast.
- PLG platform infrastructure: metering, entitlements, trial management, upgrade triggers, and marketplace.

The internal machinery has to be as thoughtfully built as the user-facing experience, because it is what makes rapid market experimentation possible. Critically, this system needs to be built as a platform that other product lines can plug into, not a bespoke solution for a single motion.

- Pricing and packaging inputs: you are the primary product voice on what each tier contains, how plans are structured, and how the self-serve motion reinforces the value of what we are selling.
- Growth observability: activation rates, time-to-value, trial conversion, drop-off points, expansion signals. You define the measurement framework and hold yourself accountable to it.
- Market experimentation cadence: partner with product, GTM, and engineering to design and run structured go-to-market experiments for new products, surface learnings fast, and feed them back into roadmap decisions.

Requirements

- At least 4 years in product management, with meaningful ownership of a self-serve or product-led growth motion at a B2B product company.

- You have built a self-serve or PLG motion before, not just contributed to one. You can articulate the decisions you made, the experiments you ran, and what broke after launch.
- Strong command of PLG platform concepts: free trials, freemium design, entitlement systems, usage metering, in-product upgrade triggers, and payment integrations.
- Genuine comfort with pricing and packaging decisions. You understand how tier design affects conversion, retention, and expansion, and you have shaped at least one pricing model in a prior role.
- Wired for experimentation: you think in hypotheses, design tests before you build, and treat the GTM motion as a product to be iterated on just like the core product itself.
- Hands-on experience designing and running A/B experiments: hypothesis framing, instrumentation, statistical rigour, and translating results into product and pricing decisions.
- Thrives in rapid-moving environments where you have to create structure rather than follow it.
- Data-driven by default: you define success metrics before shipping, build the instrumentation to track them, and make decisions from funnel data rather than gut feel alone.
- Strong communication: you can write a sharp one-pager, run a crisp review, and align a cross-functional team without a lengthy process to lean on.
- Systems builder mindset: you design for leverage, not just for the immediate use case.

The platform you build should make the next product launch easier, the next experiment faster, and the next tier change less painful. You think in primitives and interfaces, not just features.

- Practical fluency with AI tools and workflow automation. You actively use LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation tooling in your day-to-day work, not as an experiment but as a default.
