About the role : As a Senior Product Designer at TNQTech, you'll own products and features from 0 - 1 as well as evolve existing experiences. You'll partner with product managers, engineers, data teams, domain experts, and fellow designers to transform complex enterprise workflows into intuitive, scalable, and impactful products used every day.
This is a senior role with high ownership, responsibilities and outcomes. You'll drive initiatives from problem discovery through implementation, navigate ambiguity, facilitate product discussions, and help teams make better product decisions. Beyond designing excellent experiences, you'll raise the quality of design across products and contribute to the growth of the design practice itself.
