Role Description

- Strong expertise in commercial vehicle and construction equipment financing, including New and Used vehicle business development and portfolio management.
- Proven experience in corporate and retail lending, credit appraisal, risk assessment, and structuring financial solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers, OEMs, fleet operators, and institutional clients, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of banking products, regulatory guidelines, compliance requirements, and standard documentation processes.
- Analytical and quantitative skills for evaluating proposals, tracking performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across branches, central teams, and senior leadership.
- Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or relevant qualified certification in banking or finance is an advantage with Min 50% Marks.
- Prior experience in commercial banking, NBFCs, or financial institutions in vehicle or equipment finance is highly preferred.
