About the Role

Maslight India Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior PMC professional to take ownership of production planning, material availability, inventory coordination and timely execution of manufacturing schedules.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in electronics manufacturing / PCB / SMT / DIP / assembly operations and be capable of coordinating between Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, R&D; and Dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans
- Convert customer requirements into practical production schedules
- Monitor RM, WIP and FG inventory
- Ensure timely availability of components and production materials
- Coordinate with Purchase & Stores to prevent material shortages
- Monitor production progress against planned targets
- Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions
- Track BOM, material consumption and production requirements
- Coordinate with SMT, DIP, Assembly, Testing and Packing teams
- Maintain production planning and inventory reports




- Monitor line capacity, manpower and machine utilization
- Coordinate with Quality and Production to minimize rejection/rework
- Track pending orders and ensure on-time delivery
- Develop MIS/KPI reports for management
- Improve inventory control, production efficiency and material planning
- Implement ERP/MRP-based planning systems where applicable

Preferred Candidate
- 7–12+ years of experience in PMC/PPC/Production Planning
- Experience in electronics manufacturing is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of SMT, DIP, PCB assembly and electronic product manufacturing
- Experience with BOM, MRP, ERP, inventory and material planning
- Robust Excel/MIS skills
- Ability to manage multiple production priorities
- Strong coordination and leadership skills
- Engineering/Diploma qualification preferred
