Job Title: Lead Oracle Integration Consultant & Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Oracle Integration Consultant & Architect to design, implement, and support enterprise-wide Oracle integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, and enterprise middleware technologies. The role requires leading integration architecture, designing scalable solutions, mentoring technical teams, and delivering complex Oracle Cloud implementation projects across Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management, and other enterprise domains.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions.
2. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise integration architectures.
3. Develop integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and third-party enterprise systems.
4. Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into integration solution designs.
5. Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDDs), integration specifications, and architecture documentation.
6. Develop, deploy, test, and support Oracle Integration Cloud interfaces.
7. Design and develop REST APIs, SOAP services, web service integrations, and file-based integrations.
8. Develop Oracle BI Publisher reports supporting enterprise integrations.

Implement FBDI-based data loading and migration solutions.
10. Support Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, HCM, Accounting Hub, and Revenue Management Cloud integrations.
11. Perform middleware modernization and legacy integration migration initiatives.
12. Lead production support, issue resolution, and performance optimization activities.
13. Manage code migration, release governance, deployment planning, and workplace management.
14. Ensure integration security, scalability, reliability, and audit compliance.
15. Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and technical teams.
16. Mentor developers and establish development standards and best practices.
17. Participate in SIT, UAT, Go-Live, hypercare, and post-production support activities.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 15+ years of experience in Oracle middleware, integration, and Oracle Cloud implementations.
3. Strong experience leading enterprise Oracle integration projects.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Proven leadership and mentoring experience.

1. Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration Certified Professional
2. Oracle SOA Suite Implementation Specialist
3. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate
4. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Generative AI Certified Professional
