ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Oracle APEX Consultant to design, develop, integrate and support enterprise APEX applications connected with Oracle Fusion Cloud.

The consultant will be responsible for developing dashboards, interactive reports, workflows, approval functionalities, audit capabilities and REST API integrations while ensuring performance, security, usability and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

- Develop enterprise Oracle APEX applications using best practices.
- Build role-based dashboards, interactive reports and analytical views.
- Develop drill-down reports, forms and approval workflows.
- Implement dashboard visualizations and data export functionality.

ORACLE FUSION INTEGRATION

- Develop and consume Oracle Fusion REST APIs.
- Integrate Oracle Procurement, PO and financial data.
- Implement API error handling, reconciliation and transaction processing.
- Support automated workflows and business processes.

DATABASE DEVELOPMENT

- Develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions and triggers.
- Write optimized SQL queries and database objects.
- Implement audit trails and historical data tracking.




- Perform SQL tuning and application performance optimization.

SECURITY & COMPLIANCE:
- Implement role-based access and application security.
- Support audit logging and complete traceability.
- Ensure SOX/internal-control compliance.
- Maintain data integrity and segregation-of-duties requirements.

TESTING & PRODUCTION SUPPORT:
- Prepare unit test cases and support SIT/UAT.
- Resolve functional, technical and performance defects.
- Support deployment across development, test and production environments.
- Provide production support and hypercare.

Experience in finance, procurement, audit or compliance-related applications is highly preferred, along with hands-on experience in audit trails, approval workflows and role-based security.
