Role Description The Senior Manager – MICE Operation is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex MICE events and travel programs. This full-time, on-site role, based in Bengaluru, involves managing end-to-end operations from initial client briefing through post-event evaluation, including itinerary design, vendor coordination, logistics oversight, and budget management. The role includes supervising operational teams, ensuring service quality, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining solid relationships with clients and partners.

The Senior

Manager will collaborate closely with sales, creative,



and finance teams to align event concepts with operational feasibility, timelines, and cost parameters. Day-to-day activities also include risk management, troubleshooting on-ground challenges, ensuring compliance with company standards, and continuously improving operational processes to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in MICE operations, including end-to-end event and travel management, vendor coordination, and logistics planning.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor operational teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Excellent client-facing skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, and the ability to translate client requirements into executable plans.
- Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail and comfort in fast-paced environments.
- Advanced communication skills in English, both written and verbal; additional regional or international language skills are an advantage.
- Prior experience in MICE, travel, hospitality, or event management at a managerial level is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Event Management, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, travel as required, and be present on-site during key event phases.
