Senior Manager 1. Responsible for achievement of Order Input target for Standard Industrial Pumps for West Bengal & to increase the market share.

- To increase the Dealer network coverage for West Bengal and put more focus on customer/dealer relationship management.
- Ensure timely submission of offers including Pre-Tendering activities against firm enquiries to customers, OEMs and Consultants.
- Follow up and collection of payments from customers & dealers. Follow up for EMD and expired BGs from the customers.
- Conducting market surveys for new products and competitors’ activities and give feedback to ZO/HO for the respective market.
- To meet Consultants, Contractors on regular basis.
- Regular visits to end users.
- Generation of new customers.

Requirement profile: Formal education: BE (Mech ) / DME Skilled experience: 10-15 Years experience (BE) In years: 12-17 years experience (DME) Defined competencies: Good product & Market knowledge Good in customer contact/relationship Good in communication & selling skills Good in problem solving, listening & time management Positive attitude Experience Level Senior Level
