Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Manager in the field of Bank Credit and Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's adherence to legal and regulatory standards while also driving financial performance.
Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Compliance Oversight: You'll be responsible for developing and implementing credit compliance to mitigate risks.

- Your expertise in compliance will be crucial in identifying potential issues and devising strategies to maintain a robust compliance culture. Financial Analysis:
- This role requires a deep understanding of financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flow analysis. You will prepare and review financial reports, conduct trend analyses, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- The preparation of CMA will be a key task, ensuring an accurate representation of the company's financial health from time to time. Team Management:
- With your extensive experience, you'll mentor and lead a team, providing guidance on financial and compliance matters. This involves performance management, talent development, and fostering a team-oriented environment. Stakeholder Engagement: Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential.
- You will communicate complex financial and compliance concepts to executives, board members, and clients, ensuring transparency and trust. Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial and compliance processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices to streamline operations and keep the organization ahead of industry standards.
