About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial and Accounts Manager to lead end-to-end finance operations for our India entity and support global subsidiaries.

This role will be responsible for financial control, compliance, reporting, and governance, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements. Ideal candidate will come from IT services / consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations)
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Oversee expense management and cost control initiatives

Banking & Cash Flow Management

- Manage banking relationships and day-to-day treasury operations
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilisation
- Ensure timely payments, collections,



and financial planning

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with all direct and indirect tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
- Handle statutory filings and liaise with external consultants/advisors
- Ensure adherence to company law and regulatory requirements in India

Global Entity Management

- Oversee accounting for overseas subsidiaries across APAC
- Ensure alignment with global reporting standards and timelines
- Coordinate with cross-border stakeholders

Audit & Governance

- Lead internal audits and ensure robust financial controls
- Manage statutory and annual audits end-to-end
- Address audit findings and implement corrective actions

Required Skills & Experience

- 15–20 years of experience in finance & accounting roles
- Strong expertise in Indian taxation, compliance, and company laws
- Experience managing audits, banking, and financial reporting
- Exposure to handling multi-entity accounting
- Strong attention to detail and control mindset
- CA / CPA / equivalent qualification
- Experience in IT services / consulting environment is mandatory
